How do I get started?

Request a welcome kit. It’s that simple.

How long does it take?

Generally we aim for a weekly turnaround however it depends on your location and other logistical issues that may arise with the courier.


I want to pin and send my garment myself without waiting for the welcome kit.

Where is my garment altered?

At Yvonne’s Originals which is a well established and trusted dressmaking and clothing alterations business at Stockland Shopping Center Burleigh Heads QLD.


Do I pay upfront?

No. We will only invoice you after the items have been received from our end and fully altered. After payment has been confirmed your garment is dispatched.


Do I have to pay for postage?

No. For a limited time postage will be free, we cover postage both ways. A pre-filled return prepaid postage bag is sent out to you in the welcome kit.


I have other clothes that need altering not just a hem.

Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

Yes. Send us a message to hello@hemsonline.com.au for a quote.


Can’t I just visit my local clothing alterations shop?

Yes, there’s nothing stopping you. We cater for people that are remote or are perhaps restricted from travel.
